The Wheel Rear CYRO Drive 500W is to be used when the dropouts on the frame are not damaged.
Depending on the dropouts, Art. No. 401041 Wheel Rear Unit CYRO Drive L1e & CL3 500W REPAIR can be used for minor frame damage and Art. No. 400820 Wheel Rear Unit CYRO Drive L1e & CL3 500W, if the dropouts are in good condition.

Note:
Please provide the frame number of your Stromer when purchasing so that the motor can be assigned to your Stromer in the Stromer Portal.
Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
