ℹ️ Note:
The Stem Assembly Black Round has been installed in all Stromer ST5 models since February 6, 2019.
Models with VIN numbers TBNST5S700SJA0001 to TBNST5S700SKF0065 still have the "Graphite-colored" handlebar installed, where in isolated cases a stem breakage occurred, leading to a "voluntary" product recall in February 2019.
The Stem Assembly Black Round may not fit if an "oval" fork has been installed due to certain circumstances – in this case, the fork must also be replaced. It is recommended to replace the Art. No. 402286 Top Cap Compressor Kit and, if necessary, the Headset Kit.

The installation of the controller is at your own risk. We assume no liability for damages caused by improper installation or incorrect handling. Already installed or used devices are excluded from return. Please ensure before installation that the product has been correctly selected and will be professionally installed – ideally by an authorized specialist workshop.
📄 Installation instructions available separately: The appropriate installation instructions for installing the Stem Assembly Black Round ST5 are not included in the scope of delivery, but can be purchased separately as a download. They contain detailed step-by-step instructions for professional installation.

All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
