The OMNI C button is the control button on the Stromer bike's OMNI C display and is used to navigate through the menu and control the display functions. The button allows the system to be switched on and off, assistance levels to be selected, and access to riding data. It is needed as a spare part in case of defect or mechanical wear.

For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
