The SF9ST1 Radion Black suspension fork ensures even greater comfort on uneven terrain. Especially for the ST1 | ST2 models, we have developed a suspension fork in collaboration with Suntour that is specifically tailored to Stromer. This effectively isolates the rider's body from vibrations and shocks, making rides more pleasant and less tiring, so that the unadulterated joy of commuting lasts even longer.

Please note that when converting, your Stromer must have been approved with a suspension fork. Otherwise, you will lose all claims under product liability and lose road approval.

Please provide the frame number of your Stromer when purchasing so that the suspension fork can be stored in the Stromer portal for your Stromer.
Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
Information for Customers from Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
