The corresponding installation instructions for mounting and dismounting the fork are not included in the scope of delivery, but can be purchased separately as a download. They contain detailed step-by-step instructions and helpful tips for proper execution.
⚠️ Note on installation: Installation is carried out at your own risk. We assume no liability for damages caused by improper installation. Please have the installation carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
📝 Registration in the Stromer Portal
So that your new fork can be correctly stored in the Stromer Portal, please send us your frame number by e-mail. 📍 Tip: You can find the frame number in the battery compartment of your Stromer bike.

Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
Information for Customers from Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
