I have lost my Stromer vehicle documents/COC documents.
How can I get new ones?
If you have lost your vehicle documents/COC documents (Certificate of Conformity) for your Stromer S-Pedelec, please contact your Stromer dealer. To apply for new COC papers, please provide your dealer with your Stromer's VIN. You can find this on the inside of the battery compartment or under the right chainstay. COC papers are only issued for Stromer bikes sold in the EU. Stromer bikes sold in Switzerland and all countries outside the EU have a vehicle registration document. If you lose your vehicle registration document, please contact the relevant registration authority.
What is needed to create new COC papers?
I bought a used Stromer and cannot log in to the Stromer app. What can I do?
If you bought a used Stromer and cannot transfer it to yourself via the QR code, this must be done "manually" through the dealer.
What is needed for the re-registration?
Please send us your frame number (battery compartment or in the app) and proof that you are the owner of the Stromer (invoice, purchase contract) by email (info@stromer-bike.de)
How long does it take to create new COC papers?
We will upload the documents for your Stromer to Stromer and have you registered as the new owner. This can take 3 to 4 working days.
How long does it take to create new COC papers?
We will apply for the COC papers from Stromer and then send you the papers by post. It can take up to 10 working days.
Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
