📝 Registration in the Stromer Portal:
For the new controller to be correctly registered in the Stromer Portal, we require your frame number. 📍 This can be found in the battery compartment of your Stromer bike. Please send us the frame number by email so that we can carry out the registration for you.

You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany

VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
