The OMNI C LTE offers smart connectivity through the integrated eSIM card. The cloud-based platform OMNI connect seamlessly connects you with your Stromer. Whether GPS localization, over-the-air updates, profile management, or motor tuning – discover the digital Stromer functions for even more riding pleasure.

Compatible:
For all Stromer models except ST7 and ST1/V1.
When switching from the monochrome display of "older" Stromer models, the Art. No. 401613 Adapter Cable must also be installed due to the connector connections.
Scope of delivery:
1x OMNI C LTE, 3x screws, 1x Art. No. 402254 Button with 1x gasket
For installation in your Stromer, the OMNI must be registered in the Stromer Portal so that your vehicle data can be transferred and you have the appropriate software for your Stromer model. Our support will guide you through the steps over the phone.

Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
Information for Customers from Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
