The Seat Post dropper post is a retractable seat post with a total length of 400mm for all Stromer bikes. It allows for infinitely variable lowering of the saddle while riding via a remote lever, ensuring more control and safety in challenging terrain or when stopping in city traffic. Diameter 31.6mm.

For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
