Wenn du das Stromer gebraucht gekauft hast und du es nicht über den QR Code auf Dich übertragen kannst muss dies "Manuell" über den Händler erfolgen.

Was wird benötigt für die Ummeldung?

Bitte Sende uns Deine Rahmennr. (Batteriefach oder in der App) sowie einen Nachweis, dass Du der Eigentümer des Stromer bist (Rechnung, Kaufvertrag) per Email (info@stromer-bike.de)

Wie lange dauert die Erstellung neuer COC Papiere?

Wir werden bei Stromer die Dokumente zu Ihrem Stromer hochladen und Sie als neuen Besitzer eintragen lassen. Dies kann 3 bis 4 Werkstage dauern.

Delivery Time & Shipping Partner

All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.

For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

Information for Customers from Switzerland

For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.

You will receive two tracking numbers:

A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland

The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.

VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers

Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.

Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
