The Wheel Pre-Assembly Rear ST7 Andra for the Stromer ST7 is a robust, factory-spoked wheel specifically designed for high loads and torques in S-pedelecs. It replaces older Rodi rims and addresses known issues with spoke breakage.
⚠️ Important note on installation and returns
The installation of the rear wheel is at your own risk. We assume no liability for damages caused by improper installation or incorrect handling. Already installed or used devices are excluded from return. Please ensure before installation that the product has been selected correctly and will be professionally assembled – ideally by an authorized specialist workshop.
📩 Registration in the Stromer Portal:
For the new rear wheel to be correctly registered in the Stromer Portal, we require your frame number. 👉 You can find this in the battery compartment of your Stromer bike. Please send us the frame number by email, so we can complete the registration for you.

Delivery Time & Shipping Partner
All items in stock are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and dispatched with DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
Information for Customers from Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, we cooperate with MeinEinkauf to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
You will receive two tracking numbers:
- A DHL tracking number for shipping within Germany
- A MeinEinkauf tracking number for delivery in Switzerland
The purchase price in the shop is already adjusted to the Swiss VAT.
VAT & Customs for Swiss Customers
Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
