Installation is carried out at your own risk. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper installation or removal of the fork or suspension fork. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that all work be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
Delivery Time & Shipping Partner

For pre-ordered spare parts, you will receive a delivery date after purchase. This usually takes 7-10 business days.

Spare Parts: For spare parts, there is no possibility of VAT exemption by German customs – Swiss tax will be levied accordingly.
Bikes/Bicycles: For bikes, VAT exemption can be claimed under certain conditions. The prerequisite for this is that the customer organizes the shipping within Switzerland themselves.
